Jedrzej Taranek is a Polish actor known for his work in film, television, and theater. He graduated from the branch in Wroclaw of the National Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow in 2008. Taranek gained recognition for his role as Jedrzej Paruzel in the TV series Ojciec Mateusz (2008), a character he has portrayed since 2008. He has also appeared in films such as The Vulture (2013) and Underdog (2019). Throughout his career, Taranek has been associated with various theaters, including Teatr Narodowy in Warsaw and Teatr Ad Spectatores in Wroclaw. He also co-founded Teatr Ekipa in 2011.
