Ava Bogle was born in London and raised in Bolinas, California. As a comedian, she has appeared at The Comedy Store, The Viper Room, and Flappers. She is the writer of the sex blog, Diary of a Slutty Feminist, and the Substack, Ava Bogle: Uncensored. Her short film, Meryl Fuckin Streep, won Best Short at SF Indie Fest and Best Experimental Film at Lady Filmmakers Festival. Her one-woman show, The Pleasure Project, was described as "The love child of The Vagina Monologues and Mars Attacks!" and toured LA, SF, NY, and Australia. Ms. Magazine called the show, "funny, engaging, informative and empowering... a performance you will leave feeling inspired, fulfilled and ready to change the world."
