Osamu Saka was born on 7 November 1930 in Osaka, Japan. He is an actor, known for Ninja Scroll (1993), Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro (1979) and Mobile Police Patlabor: The Early Days (1988). He is married to Yoshiko Ôta.
