Jessica Balmer was born June 1st 1998 in Maidenhead, Berkshire, England. She is an actor best known for Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose (2023), Riches (2022), Empress ClawScream (2023) and Venus Again (2023). Jessica has also appeared in theatre shows such as National Youth Theatre's production of Lucy Kirkwood's Maryland directed by Masha Kevinova, Clouds with Time and Again Theatre Company and The Apology with Fundamentals Theatre Company.
