Andrew was born on a cattle station in rural Tamworth, New South Whales. He trained in acting at the Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts WAAPA, receiving a bachelors in Acting. He is a Writer, Actor and Producer, as well as being avidly passionate about the theatre, having grown up performing on stage. His mother is Australian-Dutch and his father Australian. He was raised on the cattle station prior to attending boarding school in Sydney.
