Sunny Soroosh
Sunny Soroosh is an Iranian-American SAG-AFTRA Actor and Stand Up Comedian, as well as a Nurse-Midwife! She often works in comedic roles, as well as medical roles that utilize her real-life job experience. She is best known for her costarring role as "Pammy" on Amy Schumer's Life and Beth on Hulu. She also played Jason Alexander's assistant on The Problem with Jon Stewart in his role as Jeff Bezos, and worked with comedian Mo Amer on the Hulu show Ramy. Her work on the Peacock TV show Dr. Death premiered at the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival. Sunny has also performed stand up on comedy stages all over the country. She is one of the co-producers of the sold out Yes Queen! Comedy Show series in Washington, DC and New York, NY. Sunny has opened for comedian Kate Robards at the Marsh Theater in San Francisco and for Matthew Broussard at the DC Comedy Loft in Washington DC. She recently performed in New York City with Gary Gulman and Josh Gondelman on Alexandra Petri's book tour. Her comedy credits also include performances at Laughs Comedy Club in Seattle, WA, the DC Improv in Washington DC, and Eastville Comedy Club in New York, NY.
