Latrisha T. Staples (formerly Latrisha Talley) is a Nashville-raised actress and writer based in New York City. She can be seen on multiple television networks, streaming platforms and independent films, and she has graced numerous stages across the U.S. Her notable performances include hosting a weekly web series called "Monologue Monday", touring the country with her one-woman show in tribute to Rosa Parks (presented by the American Negro Playwright Theatre), and appearing in over 80 interactive dinner theater shows with The Murder Mystery Company/American Immersion Theater. As a freelance writer, Latrisha has penned numerous short films, one of which (entitled Dave and Pearl) won 7 awards (including Best Screenplay) at the 2011 48 Hour Film Competition. Latrisha has since expanded Dave and Pearl into a feature-length screenplay. Latrisha is a member of the Actors' Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.
