Nana Ponceleon
Nana Ponceleon is an award-winning actress, TEDx speaker, writer, director, and producer. Born in Venezuela and raised between Venezuela and the United States, she brings a bi-cultural perspective to her work on screen and stage. She has appeared in film, television, documentary, and theater productions. She is widely recognized for her role in the critically acclaimed feature film La Hora Cero (The Zero Hour), which received multiple international awards, broke box office records in Venezuela, and aired on HBO. She appears in a star role in the feature film 'Clika' (Rancho Humilde, Columbia Pictures, Sony Pictures), released on January 23rd, 2026 nationwide in over 2,000 theaters, portraying "Mari," the mother of the lead character, alongside Eric Roberts and Peter Greene.
In theater, Nana starred as the lead in My Mother’s Severed Head, produced by Bruce Willis and presented in 2021 at Theatre Row on 42nd Street in New York City. Her performance earned her the Premio Arte Best Actress Award and the Premio ATI for Acting and Special Recognition. Her additional stage work includes writing, producing, and co-directing Volver a Empezar in Venezuela.
Before transitioning fully into the arts, Nana spent over a decade in corporate leadership roles, including 12 years at Microsoft.
